[Resolved] DishTV — illegal charges on channel locking for 30 days | |||
Dish tv charging illegally with imposing 30 days for channel locking. Customer are not allowed to deactivate the channel before 30 days of channel activation. I have conversation with dish tv executive and they replied that this is company policy and they will follow this irrespective to trai regulations. I believe, as per new trai rules, customer should pay as per their subscribed channels. I would like to request to trai to take some actions against such companies for these kind of illegal charges. Verified Support Jul 19, 2019 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Bansh, We had suspended “lock-in” on our packs temporarily, to ensure smooth migration of customers to the new tariff regime of TRAI.
