i took a connection on 13t Dec 14 & paid or a mont's adance rental----te tecnician assured to delier te dual remote witin 15 days but didn't turn up & nor reg my mobile Since around 30t on seeing some notice or recarge by 30t Dec i called up Yaar Khan your field executive wo assured of no problem & by way of abundant precaution i asked im to make some person speak for recharge but thereafter he stopped taking the call last week my service was not there with a note or games add on WIC I NEVER OPTED AS I TOOK A 240/- PLAN & AS I WANTED A LIFETIME CHEAPER STB I WAS TOLD THAT THAT AS LAPSED & SO I WS MADE TO PAY FOR HD STB -------& ALSO ASSURED TO PROVIDE 'ADYATMA' & 'SATSANG' -----REE CHANNELS BUT THAT TOO WAS NOT DONE RATHER 'AAJ TAK ' TOO WAS REMOVED AFTER FEW DAYS THEN RESUMED-----LATER ON 'ABP' HAS NOT BEEN AIRED? WHEN ON MIDNIGHT OF 10TH SERVIE DISCONTINUED I HAD TO WASTE SOME 5 HRS IN MAKING CALLS TO YOUR[protected] & 1860 # -----WHICH TOO WAS BUSY & LATER ON I WAS TOLD IS NOT EVEN TOLL FREE-----ULTIMATELY YOUR CC GAVE ME SOME KALSI DEALER AY NATIONAL PARK'S # WHOO DID NOT PICK THE PHONE------& MY 2 MAILS YESTERDAY MORNING AT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE HAVE NOT EVOKED ANY RESPONSE-----YOUR NOIDA NO SHOCKED ME BY SAYING I APPLIED FOR SOME GAMES PACK? NOW WHEN VIEWED IN RETROSPECT I FEEL THAT REPOSNG FAITH IN ZEE====BEING ITS SHAREHOLDER & MYSELF AN ELECTRONIC MEDIA LEGAL EXPERT & SENIOR CITIZEN----I COMMITED A MISTAKE IN SWITCHING OVER----ALSO YOUR EARLIER MAIL SAIF MY PAYMENT WAS UPTO 7TH jAN THAN YESTERDAY AFTER MY MAIL ===10TH jAN & NOW DESPITE PAYMENT NO RESUMPTION & ANR SURPRISING DEMAND/DISCLOSUE THAT 21/- SHALL B DEDUCTED FOR DEACTIVATION------A REWARD FOR HARASSMENT TO ME?
