[Resolved]  DishTV — illegal subscription charges billed for deactivated account for 2 months

Hi dish tv,

This connection is deactivated from 12th sep 2017 till date for 2 months but you have deducted monthly subscription charges for sep and oct month for a deactivated account. This is illegal, how can you charge subscription cost for dis-continued service of 2 months, when account itself is deactivated since 12 th sep. When the account itself is suspended since 12 sep till date why have you deducted 281 for sep and 281 for oct month from the available account balance. Request you to immediately refund the rs 562 [281+281] to the available balance.

Regarding re-activation of connection request will be raised separately once above issue is resolved. Thanks.

Un-authorised billing (Amount deducted from account balance)
For sep: 281
For oct: 281

Account balance now: rs 5 only as of 10 oct 2017.
