[Resolved] DishTV — inaccessibility to channel despite of doing recharge | |||
I want to mention something regarding the above subject that i have recharged dish tv twice 1st recharge on 1-1-19 of rs 345 and 2nd on 8-1-19 of rs 385 (Maxi sports pack). I am failing to access any channel. Also, has lost my rs 730. Most of the time when i call them they often says me "we have reset the system and keep ur setup box on for 15 min" but that does not work at all. Recently when i call them on toll free number one of them mr akshay from noida told that system is not working. So please resolve my problem at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
