DishTV — Incorrect Charges

I recharged my dish tv account with 555 Rs on 13/11/2014. My pack is world sports worth Rs 375 without any A-La-Carte pack. Now the system shows next recharge date 29/11/2014 and switch off date 02/12/2014. when contacted customer care ppl on 29/11/2014, they said it will be rectified within 2 hours. I am writing on 1st Dec and still they have not rectified. They are charging more than what they are providing. My account details are: VC # : [protected]

i keep on following up with customer care, they are not ready to correct the charges and keep on saying "we apologise for the inconvenience caused", but dont ready to provide solution and accept their mistake.
