[Resolved] DishTV India Ltd. — re installation | |||
Whom so ever it is concern Dear trai team, I had complained on[protected] regarding re installation related issue to dish tv (Vc no: [protected]): complaint no.: [[protected]], till date the issue was not solved even after contacting dish customer care for several times?? They misleading me & testing my patience. Since 7 days i have been following up with customer care & service in-charge for re installation. Daily i am calling and waiting for almost 30-40 mins to get the call connected. Every time i call they will say that they escalated they spoke with service in-charge to that area and issue will resolve by today or tomorrow. Same response all the time. It is still pending.
