[Resolved]  DishTV India Ltd. — re installation

Dear trai team,

I had complained on[protected] regarding re installation related issue to dish tv (Vc no: [protected]): complaint no.: [[protected]], till date the issue was not solved even after contacting dish customer care for several times?? They misleading me & testing my patience.

Since 7 days i have been following up with customer care & service in-charge for re installation. Daily i am calling and waiting for almost 30-40 mins to get the call connected. Every time i call they will say that they escalated they spoke with service in-charge to that area and issue will resolve by today or tomorrow. Same response all the time. It is still pending.

Pl, do the needful and solve my concern.

I'm waiting from[protected] to till date, I lost my patience, I lost my time I lost my entertainment since 8 days I'm regularly calling to customer care, I lost my valuable time in my office to talk customer care, superiors and IVR Calls, each and everyday I take 1 hour permission to talk to dishtv customer care, I lost total time 9 hours since 11th April 2019 to 18th April 2019.

To day I received a call from dishtv, they said today our representative will come to your home fix the installation within the day. and also I received a call from dishtv installer he asked 200 installation charges and extra hardware parts charges applicable I rejected, why should I want pay 200 and extra hardware parts charges, since 8 days to I lost my time and my children entertainment at home, and also I lost in my mobile balance 70/- rupees also that's I rejected, I want also my 8 days entertainment, my time value, and my balance then I will pay 200/-. Other wise I will go to consumer court.
