[Resolved] DishTV India Ltd. — valid plan channels stopped before validity

Hi,
I’m writing this letter to report a conflict i’m having with dish tv service providers.
I have recharged my dish tv account in nov 2017 during a offer period of dish tv which is non stop entertainment plan (Bharat pack + hindi entertainment) for 3 years in amount of 1179 but now many of the channels like rishtey cinplex cinema (Colours cinplex), b4 u movies, dd national, epic tv, dd sports and many other channels have been switched off by distv without any information from my valid plan and for this i have also register complain many times through customer care but not get any response.

Customer-care operators are only saying that they have removed paid channels but i also inform you that i have paid for channels which are in my plan (Non stop entertainment) of 2017 which is valid till 2020 then how distv can remove these channels before validity. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and request you to understand my situation and take appropriate action.

Problem is not resolved inspite of it dishtv has recharged my account for removed channels from my balance and decreased validity from 1 year to 1 month.

DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

This is for information that issue is still not resolved, Still B4U movies and DD national is not working on my dishtv, facing video clarity and video sticking issue.

Updated by Kuldeep kumar rathore Again very disappointed with the service of Dish tv, Earlier only one or two channels like RISHTEY CINPLEX AND EPIC TV is removed from my valid package by giving plea that they are paid channels but now from today again they have stopped sony pal, sony wah, zanmol cinema and many other channels which are started on sunday when i complaint on customer care but again they have stopped these channels.

I am really fedup with the type of service which dishtv is giving.
