[Resolved] DishTV India Ltd. — valid plan channels stopped before validity | |||
Hi, I’m writing this letter to report a conflict i’m having with dish tv service providers. I have recharged my dish tv account in nov 2017 during a offer period of dish tv which is non stop entertainment plan (Bharat pack + hindi entertainment) for 3 years in amount of 1179 but now many of the channels like rishtey cinplex cinema (Colours cinplex), b4 u movies, dd national, epic tv, dd sports and many other channels have been switched off by distv without any information from my valid plan and for this i have also register complain many times through customer care but not get any response. Customer-care operators are only saying that they have removed paid channels but i also inform you that i have paid for channels which are in my plan (Non stop entertainment) of 2017 which is valid till 2020 then how distv can remove these channels before validity. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and request you to understand my situation and take appropriate action. V. Mar 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Problem is not resolved inspite of it dishtv has recharged my account for removed channels from my balance and decreased validity from 1 year to 1 month.
