[Resolved] DishTV — Irrelevant packs activation without consumer concern | |
This is not a one month observation. I'm observing from a year and finally complaining. It seems they add and activate channels without customer ask and increase the cost of the pack even they change the pack and charge more amount. I had finalized a pack as per my need with a fix monthly charge but after 2 month what I realized, initially they added some channels(some active play channels) and my monthly charge got increased and paid it and again next month they changed the plan and again amount got increased and when I finally called them and ask for the clarification they don't have any answer and transferred the call to senior but then even senior doesn't know anything and they disconnect the call.
