[Resolved] DishTV — is dish tv kidding with us? | |||
According to trai's new rules, i am a dish tv customer, but when i am trying to talk to customer care, i am not able to talk about dish tv's new rule. And when i'm going to select the channels, dish tv's website is not open properly. And sometimes it's opening up very slowly. If trai had to make rules then do it correctly. Websites are not open properly, slowly opening of website, dish tv operators in my area are refusing that they have not got any such information so that channels can be easily selected without assistance online. If the website is being opened after so many hard work, then the prices are being added forcefully after the selection. While selection the pack, the price is showing something and after the selection the price is something. Which kind of joke is this. We are facing a lot of difficulties.
