DishTV — Last 3 months HD channels are not working

Last 3 months HD channels are not working properly.Although we are recharged of Rs 599, HD royal pack..but only 5 to 6 days in a month we are getting the HD channels properly .We escalated the issue on Jul 28, 2014 regarding the same issue but no proper resolution. We are really helpless, Hope We will get the proper help from your end..We are really in big trouble ..Help us.
