DishTV — loose service

I recharge 300 on 7 sep.. But not able to watch any channel i paid 300 rs but not getting value for money i wasted 30 ruppes in calling them but no body is taking responciblity and getting it sorted its very bad attitude they have and taking a dish tv is like inviting a bucket full of problem.. From 7sep. To till date i can't able to watch channel.. So i request to dish tv solve my problems and refund the money for 11days of there poor service

I have called dish tv customers care no many times but they did not solved my complaint. They have switched off my connection. I am facing this problem many times.
Please solved my problem as soon possible
Dish tv customers no always bushy or they holed my phone long times. Please solved my problem...
