[Resolved] DishTV — misleading diwali recharge ad by dishtv | |||
In this diwali there was an offer of rs.7176 for 2 year family hd 290+ channels and second offer was rs. 8376 for 2 year sd and hd family and cricket 335+ channels, naturally i opted for rs 8376 plan as i will get 45 channels more than family hd, what i got was 252 channels, after much persuasion with customer care mr. Manish kumar that a south bst promo of 150 channels has been added (And i am a north indian), the added south bst are already a part of my package, tally still is 252 channels. Now after paying 1200 rs extra i am getting lesser channels, no english movies, a south bst pack for northerner, i am thoroughly dismayed. I have been a customer of dish tv for for 10 years, this is a let down. Please refund my money or shift me to a package where i get english movies, and infotainment.
