[Resolved] DishTV — misuse of recharge money by upgrading the package without consent of customer | |||
Dear Sir, Myself Inder Mohan Oberoi a Dish TV connection holder vide V C Number v.c no: [protected], registered mobile number [protected], have opted for package of Pick by Channel on date 27 October 2014. The total value for this package is 193.24 plus taxes i.e. Net total Rs. 232/- per month vide token number 7709 . This information was reconfirmed by the call centre of Dish TV. Where as now they have credited my complete recharge money to Platinum Sports Pack without my consent. Since the time of online recharge furnished I have spoken to customer care thrice to make a correction and activate Pick by Channel package, but every time they have a very irresponsible answer to it. This is a deliberate transaction of cheating by Dish TV. This not an error but publishing wrong leading offer on website and overcharging their customers. This is harassment and waste of time to follow them for 4 hours uselessly for a small correction.
