[Resolved]  DishTV — MOD service not activated as yet

My parent connection's vc no. is 01511725. The child pack of this parent's connection that is [protected]. we had request for channel MOD NON STOP channel no. 254 for our child pack through our bonus points on saturday that is 23 August. 35 bonus points have been deducted from our account still the channel is not activated yet.
