[Resolved]  DishTV — money deducted from sbi account but not credit to dish tv acc

Good day sir/ mam

Pls be informed that money (Rs 250) is deducted from my sbi acc on 06. Apr.2020 but not credit to my dish tv account. I dint get any refund so far.
Dist tv acc:[protected]
Sbi acc :[protected]
Name: aman deep singh
Trans ref no: ihm4685383

Later on i made another transfer which is well received in my dist tv account.

I am resident o[censored]ttam Nagar east, channel no. 193 is not showing, so unable to view the programmes of that channel, please resolve the issue so that I can view these programs.
If channels are not broadcasted when in need then what's the purpose o[censored]sing Dish TV . So it's a personal request to get the issue resolved as soon as possible

We would like to inform you that if your account is in active status and you are still not able to see DD National channel, kindly give a missed call on 1800-270-2102 to refresh your account. Ensure that your STB is SWITCHED ON - on channel 96 for updation.
