[Resolved] DishTV — money deducted recharge not done | |||
I have recharged my dishtv account with rs 1536 on 5th december 2019 via their website through debit card my amount is deducted but the recharge was not done. I am calling customer care from the past 4 days each time they tell me to call after 24 hours. My subscription is switched off by dishtv despite me paying 6 months money in advance. Again i have recharged today my account with 256 rs this time too the money is deducted and the dishtv subscription is not recharged. I request the concerned authorities to resolve my issue asap.
