DishTV — My Dishtv connection is not recharged for the entire period but I have been charged for the entire period

TO, DishTV Customer care, Hi! I have a serious complaint to make. I have a DishTv HD connection with the VC Number [protected]. On June 5th I recharged my DishTV connection for six months by making the payment online using credit card. I received an e-mail confirming the receipt of the payment as well as the recharge period of six months. I was surprised that the service provider “ F. Ali DBA Dishtv Channel.” charged me for the recharge in dollars. The copy of the receipt is printed below. After about 4 to 5 hours I received an SMS on my mobile saying “Dear Customer, We have received a recharge of Rs. 2700 towards ur HD-ROYALE pack. Ur Transaction ID is[protected]. Keep your TV on smooth updation. The message on my TV says that my connection is recharged for three months and the payment received is Rs. 2700. When I have been charged for six months I would like to know why my connection is recharged only for three months. I request you to kindly look into the matter and carryout the necessary corrections.
