[Resolved] DishTV — negligence regarding new connection | |||||
I had booked for a new connection on 17th april 2019 at 8.21pm. I have done the online payment of rs. 1749 through the www.dishtv.in site and digital transaction details received from dishtv. Transaction id is #656643. But till now no correspondence has taken place regarding installation. No call or sms received till now. I had sent emails and spoken to customer care executive several times but there is no sign to solve the matter. As dishtv is a reputed dth service provider, how could we expect such type of negligence as well as ignorance. Is this a proof of a good service to a common people like me? Apr 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you a million Consumer complaints.in team for the initiative taken towards solving the problem I had faced regarding new DishTV connection since 17th April, 2019.
Now, I am delighted that I have got the connection and the technician they sent was quite appreciable. Without your effort, it would not have been possible. Thank you once again.
