[Resolved] DishTV — new connection customer care number not responding properly | |
Dear sir/mam, Today (16/03/2019) morning i have ordered new dishtv connection via website. I did the payment also money got debited. But i didnt receive any notification from your side. When i called to customer care it's asking for registered mobile number when i entered my number it says number is wrong. I dont know why you people doesn't provide customer care number open to all. Then how can people like me can contact. Whatever mode iam using to contact you everything is asking for registered number. But at this no. they are asking registered mobile no. When I enter the mobile no. through which I had done my online booking of DishTV NXT HD and made successful payment, it is telling it's not a registered mobile no. I haven't been contacted from their side yet for confirmation of booking and installation. I have token no. and online booking installation reference no. with me. I am really very disappointed by this type of service from DishTV.
