[Resolved]  DishTV — new connection payment done on website but no details received after payment

Hi Team,

I kept order for new DTH connections on www.dishtv.in website on . I have done payment on the online through their respective payment gateway (one97 communication limited) for an amount of Rs: 1749.00.
After doing the payments I have just received the below mentioned token number and Installation booking reference number details after successful completion of payment. So today after calling customer care they are updating me stating that no details are found with respect to below mentioned token number and installation booking reference number.

Token Number: 642757
Installation Booking reference Number: [protected]

So I want my online payment money back which has happened yesterday. Or else please block the www.dishtv.in website if it fake one take respective charges against them.

Furthermore, to update your RMN, please contact our customer care at[protected]local charges may apply) for OTP. Moreover, you can send the message from RMN & NON-RMN (DISHTV) (RMN) (11 DIGIT VC NUMBER) to 57575. Also, you can log in on our Website (www.dishtv.in) to change your Register Mobile number.
