[Resolved] DishTV — New dish HD deactivated

Dear sir last week I bought Dishtv HD in chennai, after installation till now it was not working showing 102 viewing card (vc) deactivated.
I have contacted the supplied dealer but of no use all in vain.
Kindly take an immediate action in this regard.
