DishTV — new trai rule implementation | |||
I am a DISH TV customer vc no [protected] and not at all happy with the services of the company. Dish TV is not following the rule set up by TRAI. As per your new rules standard NCF is 130 Rs, where you will have 100 channels and 25 DD channels are mandatory and remaining 75 you can remove as per you like or dislike. Now they increase this no to 190 channels, which cannot be removed as per customer wish. However DISH TV is not allowing to remove those channels and claiming all channels are mandatory. Now for selection of 12 to 13 channels it costs above Rs 300 . There customer care executive are always busy. They are taking additional charges... Was this information helpful? | |||
