[Resolved] DishTV — No able to view the HD Channels from last 20 - 25 days due to "No Signal " Problem | |||||
Dear Sir, My mobile -- [protected] VC No. - [protected]. Ramkrishna Kulkarni Please note that my DISHTV HD package is active but I can not view the channels from last 20- 25 days. The complaint has been registered immediately then technician has visited and he check dish antenna, HD Box etc and inform us that there is some blockage of HD signal in the box and its need to change. He collected his service charge of 250 Rs immediately but not bother further process the request. Afterwards I again call DIShTV and register complaint no[protected]. Again local service technician visited and change the HD box and charge 75 Rs to change the connector. HD channel starts for 10 - 15 minutes and again No Signal message come and stop HD channels. I also get message from DISTV that service request no[protected] is closed by DISTV without checking actually the problem is solved or not. I am paying for HD channels without seeing the channels from last 20 - 25 days. I request DISHTV to immediately attend the problem at no cost to us on top priority.
