[Resolved] DishTV — no alignment done despite calling 5 days and recharged money is of waste | |||
I have recharged the dish tv on March 20th despite being no alignment done earlier, hoping that with TRAI guidelines it will be ok, but still i am facing issue of 102.Low account balance showing in my dish tv .After contacting customer care for past five days no one is coming to resolve the issue. Worst customer service by dish tv. I want to take legal action and approach social media. My earlier complaint was closed with false statement from dish tv stating alignment done.But it is not done till today. Was this information helpful? | |||
