[Resolved]  DishTV — no confirmation on booking a new connection of dish tv nxt hd on dishtv.in

I have booked dishtv nxt hd, online from the website dishtv.in, but, i haven't received any call or confirmation email from dishtv. I already made the payment and haven't been contacted since then. When i tried to call on customer care they are asking for registered mobile number. Also, i have token no. And installation booking reference number. But, i don't know how to track my purchase with these two numbers. I am very disappointed with this type of service.

I got my connection today. They called me 6 and half hour and sent technician.
