[Resolved]  DishTV — no installation done and no response from customer care

Address:ashna enterprises, Govindnagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500013

I have paid Rs 1700 at your website for a new connection on 20th April. I did not receive any token number but do have the transaction reference number and the receipt of paid money. Thereafter i have called the help line multiple times as well as sent several reminder e mails to the customer care e mail. Till today no installation has been provided and every time i am asked to submit the token number which i never received. I would like dist tv to either trace the payment made in their accounts dept or refund the amount immediately refund.
All relevant details have been sent to the customer care e mail already.
