[Resolved] DishTV — no proper response and service from customer care and service department | |||
My dish tv channels are not working, on 26th june 2019 i recharged my account. On 27th onwards channels are not working. I thought there i might be due to bad weather in my area. I complained to customer care on 29th june 2019, they said i will get a call in one hour from technical team and the problem will be solve in 24 hours, i tried calling the for follow-up, their response is not good, even after waiting for 24 hours i called them and asked them to connect the call to any superior officer who is related to these issues, they made me to wait on line and kept call in hold for few minutes and discontinued the call. This happened twice. When i called them for the first time after 24 hours one of the customer care executive said that my complaint was closed stating right action as the status, without solving my problem they closed my complaint. Moreover they are deducting money from my balance. These kind of incidents happened to me previously also. They are not willing to provide a proper service to the customer. Even the way how those customer care executives speaks is very bad. Kindly take an appropriate action and solve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
