[Resolved]  DishTV — No response from dish TV

Grievances against DISH TV India PVt Ltd thier super Family package Since[protected]. My grievances is as under. At the time of taking Connection I was given to understand that I shall have to pay monthly rental for main connection as well as child connection which will be Rs 220 for main connection and Rs 160 each for child connection and there be no increase further 6 months back I was shocked to se unwarranted cut my recharging date without any information .On enquiring I was told that it was adjusted due to the increase of rent by the company. This year again they had cut the recharging date by 3 days on[protected]. I called the company over phone no for an explaination the call was taken by Mr Piyush Kumar who rudely told me that it was due to increase of monthly Rent according to the company policy and as their company is Ranked No 1 in the Country, they are not bound to give any information regarding the increase of rent. Even I am not able to see all channels including DD National which are Free channel as per the package. On Complaining about it they simply say that they shall send their engineer for which I have to pay Rs 200 for each Visit. IS it not hte Company's responsibility to provide me a smooth viewing of all channels as per my package. Previously the signal stopped due to heavy rain in few channels. On[protected] I was called by Mr chandan of the company and was said that the issue shall be forwarded to the company. I am 65 years old handicaped and retired and do not know what to do. I, therefore request you to look into the matter and do the needful. at last, Appropos my complaint I was called by Ms sanjana bteween 12:30 pm to 1:00 pa on 1-9-15 and said that they cannot do anything on the matter and still if they depute an engineer to my place, i have to pay rs200 +Tax on each visit.
