[Resolved]  DishTV — no responsibility...!

I booked for a new connection and paid online for the same. But not even a single call or mail from the dish tv guys has been received since. When i tried to elicit some response they are just fooling me all the time. Worst service i ever seen. Now since i have already paid for the service, i am suffering a lot. Never book dish tv online... Or for better choose any other dth...

Everytime when i raise my complaint in this forum, the dish tv reacts quickly and aftet harassing me a lot, they finally installed dish tv set. My packs are yet to be activated, but I am happy that atleast they installed DTH..thanks alot consumer complaints.forum..you are really good

Updated by Rejeendran Nair I have contacted the local shops no who contacted me on Saturday. But no help and look what I received from them

Dear Subscriber, Your Installation request no.[protected] is closed, Reason Package Content / Price Issue .For any other query call[protected]

Grt going dish tv...you are doing grt...and dear consumer complaints please help me with filing a consumer complaint. I am based at Kochi now. I dont want to deal with this guys any more

Not able to get TV reception for about 2 months. Customer care has consistently ignored requests. I am left with not option. I have already done a recharge of RS 4852, so paid for the whole year. The amount is getting deducted but not able to receive any help.
