[Resolved] DishTV — no transmission on child connection in spite of recharging well before due date | |||
I have a multiple connection of dish tv with vc number [protected] for parent connection and vc number [protected] for child connection.in spite of recharging on 19th nov, 2017 i. E. Four days before switch off date (23rd nov, 2017), my child connection switched off and is showing notification of "no account balance". Most noticeable thing is that one day before switch off date i had warned through help line that my connection may disturb after switch off date and to take care about this. I have done it from my past experience. However i assumed correct and my child connection was switched off. 23 rd november was my switch off date. Till date my child connection is switched off. Meanwhile i have discussed lot of times with customers care. No action has been taken so far. Was this information helpful? | |||
