[Resolved]  DishTV — NON AVAILABILITY OF SONY AND THEIR ASSOCIATE CHANNELS

MY VC No is [protected]. Since the last 3 days None of the Sony group channels are available in your transmission. The stoppage of the channel is gross violation of your contractual obligation to your consumers who have paid their annual, semi-annual and monthly subscription. You have not given any notice to your consumers. You had opportunity to inform them through messaging on your set top box and you have failed to do so. This is violation. In the past also you have stopped DD channels in all languages as well as part of Sun network without assigning any reasons specially when they form part of the bouquet of channels offered as package. If you are unable to transmit the stopped channels and also unconditionally apologise in public for your misdemeanor, I will have no other alternative but to take you to consumer court for deficiency of service.
