[Resolved] DishTV — non installation and non refund of order placed for dish tv | |||||
Sir, I had taken a new connection with dish tv yesterday. A message was sent to me mentioning that the technician will come and install in 4 hours. Subsequently the technician called me and informed me that he cannot come to the locality to install because of opposition from the local cable tv operators and asked me to cancel the order. Then i called our customer care 11 times to resolve the issue. I was put on hold every time i called them for about 7 to 18 mins and frustrated me like anything.
