DishTV — non refundable of amount

I made an incorrect transaction to dish TV and when I found out I spoke to the customer care executive then told me to pay an amount for service availed and in turn they will process the refund of incorrect transfer.
After a week I call back as I have not received the refind, they tell me to pay further amount which was charged to me. I paid another amount they asked me to.
Now they don't pick up calls, put me on hold for hours and then the calls doesn't get patched with them.

The complain number provided by them twice was invalid on complain status site of dish tv.

Fraudulent service provider.
Inefficient customer care team.
No proper response on any queries.
