[Resolved]  DishTV — non resolvance and unethical behavior of consumer executive.

Recently i enquired about not getting my dish tv benefits and the customer service was very poor and rude towards me. The executive whose name was 'aprajita singh chauhan' from the gurgaon customer service was unable to help and kept on arguing and implementing her stand on the issue, rather than providing adequate help. Please take this into consideration.
Actually i called because my dish tv was getting recurring messages of offer showing 'get 250 off on recharge of 250' so i recharged and i missed called the required number it instructed me to but it kept to showing that my dish tv was inactive but my dish tv was active and running. It only got recharge for 16 days (The amount ₹250 i paid for). This is to inform whomever dish tv executive reading this, please take this into consideration and please improve your customer service and take viable action against that specific personnel.

Assume that my Dishtv is running and we don't need to recharge but in case if we recharge then what happen ? My old pack is finished or not ? Will i get recharge validly of new pack plus old pack or I get only validity of new pack ?
