[Resolved] DishTV — non response from customer care | |||
On march 23.03.2019 i tried to activate star sports 1 through miss call through sms but even after deducting the sms charges multiple times i contacted dish tv by using call me facility through sms and requested to activate star sports 1 for viewing ipl the person told me the charge is rs. 22/- per month and will be activated after some time. But after checking the system he told me to contact after 15 minutes and i again contacted the customer care and got the answer they are not able to activate my request.in between i got a message from dish tv to login my account and activate new package. I then tried to activate classic joy + malayalam and got a message that dish tv technical person will contact me within 24 hours and he will activate the package selected by me. On 25/03/2019 i again contacted dish tv customer care for checking the status of my complaint and got the reply that my complaint was showing as cleared. I argued that without solving my problem how the complaint was cleared. I then asked the person to connect me to some higher officials for giving my complaint and i reiterated my complaint to the superior official and she give me a service request no.[protected] and told me their technical personnel will contact me shortly. Till time no body contacted me for this purpose. On 23/03/2019 i made a complaint through email to customer care of dish tv and on 25/03/2019 i got a reply from them that how to select the package and activate a channel through sms/missed call/call me etc. It clearly shows that the person giving reply is not reading the complaint and giving standard replies. Today i again contacted your customer care through call back system and talked to some higher official at around 10.50 hours and she through conference system talked to some technical personnel and after half an hour i got a call from service engineer of dish tv (As he himself introduced) and enquired about my complaint and home address. As nobody attend till 4.30 hours i contacted the service engineer number and he told me to wait half an hour and also asked me about the service charges. The official talked me from dish tv clearly mentioned that the work will be done free of cost but the service engineer is insisting for service charge. Now i am making this complaint at around 5.45 pm and my complaint is still lying un attended. My latest service request no. Is[protected] and[protected]. Mob no. [protected]. My vc no. Also, waiver of Rs. 5/- credited in your account against Star Sports 1 Hindi addon pack and informed you to get this addon removed after 7 days.
