[Resolved]  DishTV — non stop pack not activated

The complaint is towards the account recharge done on 11th nov 2017 for pack, family entertainment recharge for 3 yrs, amounting to rs. 1179. But the same did not happen. I called the customer care executive on 12th nov 2017, wherein i informed that my pack is not updated online, to which he replied that on expiry of the current pack, the new pack will be automatically be activated.
On 20th jan 2018, i got the message for recharging my account due to low balance. I called twice on 21st jan 2018, wherein the customer care executive (Cce) did not have any solution for my problem and tried connecting to the senior person but he was unable to do so and promised for call back. When i did not receive the call, i called up again to cce and the person said that he is putting it high priority on the same.
After, some time i did got the call from ivr system, wherein i was put on hold for around good 25 minutes then i disconnected the call. I once again got the call through ivr and again put on hold, but this time i disconnected immediately.
I called the cce again in the morning around 1030 am for call back and my complaint, but there was no revert. I called the cce around 2:15 pm and spoke to cce geetanjali, who informed that the pack could not be recharged since the free pack option was going on and the family pack for 3 yrs could not be activated during the free pack and also they would be checking the call recording of 12th nov 2017, whether the cce confirmed regarding starting of non stop pack.
The information of the same was not given to me on 12th nov 2017, why the option of recharge for 3 years non stop pack was given to me.
I have registered my complaint vide complaint no.[protected].
Now the company has refused to start my non stop pack stating that they are unable to locate the call recording and also that i do not have the sufficient balance in my account.
The company is making me suffer for their flaws.

I have already written a mail regarding my issue as stated above to [protected]@dishtv.in and they say they are unable to resolve the issue. I am forwarding my concern again, as desired by you through my registered email id and not through my registered mobile number at [protected]@dishtv.in.
