[Resolved] DishTV — Not able to view channels/No signal | |||
Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding my Dish TV connection VC No. [protected]-3. I am not able to view channels since my Dish Tv connection was relocated in August 2015. I have been placing requests and complaints through telephone. The service engineer has visited twice and restored the connection. But after just few hours again I am left with the same nature of problem. Though I am having balance in my account and valid till December 2015, I am not able to view channels. It is since a long time that this problem is faced(August 2015) and there is no hope in calling Dish TV toll free numbers as the response is very poor. So this was the last resort, after the loss and frustration by the customer. Previous Request No.[protected] which was closed successfully) and subsequently many other requests which were in vain. The status of Dish TV connection remains the same. (No Signal) No Channels are available to watch. Hope you will do the needful. Thanking You, Your's faithfully Deepak.
