[Resolved]  DishTV — not activating package after recharge and also confirmation email on the same.

I recharged my account with Rs. 5000/- and activated ""DISH PRIME HD SOUTH PACK" on Nov 14 2018. Package deactivated / changed from Dish TV on 23rd of Nov 2018 and Senior Customer Service Representative Reactivated on 23rd. Again package deactivated / changed on 1st December 2018 and it never activated back. I had 10 days conversation conveying that, I have already paid and also got confirmation email on 14th as well as 23rd (reactivated) and today 12/11/2018, Mukul Sharma from DishTV Customer services calls and says that, they won't activate and will send email on the same. Huge pain the way, they did this transaction / case handling, not only wasting my time every day 1 hour but as a customer of DishTV from past 9+ years and without any fault, how this company can state this even communicating at manager level. I have all the emails and phone conversation. Please do the needful and not only I want activation but also penalize this company as they should know that...its consumers who pays them not other way and managers of customer service was horrible.

Javid from Dish TV saw message from this site. He spoke to me around 4:00 pm on 12/12/2018 and asking all the concerns and he told me that, he will get back to me. Around 7:30 pm on 12/12/2018, he called and confirmed that, my package been activated. Thank you Javid and Consumer Complaints team helping me.
DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
