[Resolved] DishTV — not being able to select our own pack under trai | |
Why dishtv is making 143 channels compulsory in basic service tier which we haven't chosen and if we select the channels which we want it will cost extra charges. Why should we pay extra charges for the channels we haven't chosen when trai is giving us the option to customize our own pack? And when we call the customer care it was continuously saying busy, and when sms them 'call me' they called so late and said sorry for the inconvenience we are going through some technical issues which led us to delay in choosing our own pack. Very disappointed & poor service. Please clarify us the process on how we can make our own pack. Was this information helpful? | |
