[Resolved] DishTV — not doing reinstallation | |||
I relocated fro bangalore to chennai. Asking dishtv people to do reinstallation. But they are showing lots of resistance for the same and they hardly have anything to do with customer issue. My roof is 8 feet tall and its same with 100+ villas in chennai where i am staying. Dumbs of dishtv are asking me to bring a ladder so that they will do reinstallation, its not thr duty to do the same and on top of it the govt offiicer of dishtv can not stand on a table and climb on roof to do installation. All dumbs and # are seating in customer care service centre to argue with customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
