[Resolved] DishTV — not giving channels to us as per pack | |
I recharge my set top box on 4 march 2019 of 258 rs in which were given zee family pack and discovery channel pack but these channels are not available to us. Customer care contacted many times regarding this problem but no solution was given to us. The error displaying in the the television is 301-signal not found. We ask customer care for this problem many times but they were telling us same thing every time that there is a problem in your set top box or in your antenna but we have checked it and it is alright.
