[Resolved] DishTV — not issued shoes

We have purchased a dish tv's dish for 19.12.2017. Dish tv's offer that he gives pair of shoe's when we purchased dish. I pay d amount of rs.199 for shipping charges but we not get shoes as the day, dish tv's customer care not proper response and he told its not our issue, but i don't know who is d responsebale. Order reference no. Cdt-shoe [protected].
