[Resolved]  DishTV — not provide proper guidance and executive behaviour or talking manners not good

I try to contact customer care before 15 days but executive not helps me or not proper guides. I changed 3 times channel selection packages because of executives. If i said activate one channel then they were activate it but deactivate existing channel. Same process i did 2 times. Now today i called to repeat selection of channels. But executive said i am not activate your channels.

Right now my call contine with customer care and put on me hold before 30 min. I want to wait till they received me or my call break it.

From 15 days i am not seen the tv on proper because of custoer care executive and dish tv thirdclass app.in app i raise request exe. Said within 2 hours it activate but it not activate still.

It means that they only entertainng with customer. I said this is the foolish service provide from dishtv.

I send mail, calls, sms but no one support me.

Kindly help me.
