[Resolved] DishTV — not providing channels as per trai guidelines | |||
I had requested to change my channel offering as per the chosen channels (Based on trai guidelines) more than 2 weeks back. They took the request with a notification that it would be activated after 15 minutes. But even after three weeks and multiple follow ups, they are not bothered to respond to my request. Since they already have my money as i had taken a yearly package, they are refusing to act on my request.
