I got a problem with dishtv recharge. Whenever i try to recharge online through many means, but every time it is bouncing back & I could not complete the recharge process & for that every time I have to get it done through a dealer. It is a time consuming for me & it is getting delayed & when I contacted DISHTV costumer care executive, he is asking me to send the transaction details through mail. whether it is the actual process to get my problem solved. from woh's side the problem is, I'm not able to understand.
