DishTV — Not refunding the money | |
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 24 June 2015 I ordered for Dishtv connection. This is the booking Reference number is 550212 regarding the transaction.
After 2 days the technician visited and confirmed that due to unavailability of south-east location, the antenna cannot work. So the money will be refunded within 2-3 days.
I'm calling the customer care and they always make to wait on the call for hours and not resolving the issue.
The order was for DishTV HD+ and paid money was 1700/- online.
