[Resolved]  DishTV — online payment fraud

Iam an existing consumer of dish tv dth my vc no is [protected]. I made an online payment of rs 307/- on 29.03.20 at 22:25hrs, transaction id is cca14127942. The amount is showing paid but the transaction is pending.
From the next day onward the transaction id is missing from the website only amount is showing as paid but till date the amount has not been updated or reversed back.
When trying to give complaint about the same on dish tv the vc no is showing invalid where in all the other details are reflecting.

I have made payment yesterday on 2nd april 1:26 PM of 741/- through bhim app. Its been more than 24 hours and the amount is not appearing. I am attaching the screenshot of payment done through bhim app.

DD National is not showing in the EPG list.

The account is very much active and I have recently reacharged the account.

I have also followed the process of resetting and keeping it on at channel 92 for 15 minutes.

Take an immediate action and resolve.

Sir, We didn't get dd national on our dish tv. We have searched for it. All channels of DD appears but DD National do not.
Please, kindly support us or resolve my problem as quick as pissible.
