DishTV — online recharge failed‏ on VC No-[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam, I have done Dish TV online recharge of Rs.230/-, Txn ID 215F6A1B83D7EC80, on 29/12/2014 through Axis Bank Credit Card, and the amount has been debited from my Credit Card account, but recharge for my Dish TV number was not made. Please refund the amount at the earliest. on below given details.
