[Resolved]  DishTV — Package chaged without any intimation

VC no is [protected] having package Super Family by Z-Dish Tv. Replaced my SD box to HD box on (9 Oct 2014) in offer of Rs 599. with confirmation that there will not be any package change. Suddenly card gets deactivated on 18 Oct 2014 without intimating me on my number or STB message box that recharge date or switch off date is over crossed. Then I came to know after contacting to customer care that my package has been upgraded to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD and due to this balance has been gone to 0 Rs. Customer Care person Mr. Deepak (Supervisor) told me that I have request package change to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD at the time of replacement. I have asked for the evidence but he refused me to provide, then he register a complaint (Complaint No.[protected] and confirmed me that card will be active withing 1 Hr.Till 19 Oct 2014 there was no action taken, I again contacted to customer care person Mr. Deepak (Supervisor), told me that when ever you replace SD STB to HD STB package will automatically changes to HD package. Also if want to reactivate on same day then I need to pay for Rs 25 + 3 deactivated day(Rs 250) and also confirmed that package will be degrade to Super Family(No HD). Done the payment of Rs 250. But package has not been changed. customer care then they told me that package cannot be changed as I have recently upgraded to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD.If I have been confirmed before replacing SD BOX to HD BOX that current package will remain same then how it has been changed?If you have changed my current package why I haven't been intimated though SMS or STB Message Box?If Package switch off date is going to cross why there was not any intimation on screen and also no message on registered mobile?How the customer care person tell controversially that I have request package change to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD at the time of replacement and also says that it gets automatically changed?Please let me know how my package will be roll backed?
