[Resolved] DishTV — pathetic customer care and services | |||
I have complained on dishtv website that some channels are not working and i have recharged it but still some channels are unavailable. They are asking me for 200rs for technical support without my fault. They want charge for the alignment check which was install by their technician only. I sent many mails and had word with customer care but trust me they are pathetically trained. These people think that they are giving us money to watch TV. Yesterday i paid 669 but i am not ablet to enjoy worth of my money. I asked them to refund my money and cancel my connection also. But on this request no one ready to answer not even replying on my mail follow up. Was this information helpful? | |||
